Typically, yield rate after technicians work on repairing the product could produce 30% to 60% working items. This inventory can be repaired with basic technical skills such as firmware upgrades, software fixes, hard resets, and parts harvesting/swapping. This is not a guarantee; simply an estimate based on our experience with this inventory grade.

Each all-in-one activity center and playhouse features not one, but two durable slides: an extra-deep high-rail wave slide and an enclosed Twist N Ride tube slide. A multi-colored climbing rockwall provides access to the upper level of the two-story clubhouse. Outside, a solid swing beam with an extra-wide A-frame anchors two heavy-duty belt swings and a premium glider for one or two. Activity also abounds in the oodles of fun extras included with Charleston Lodge: a shaded lower activity area with moveable bench for snacking or coloring, deluxe kitchen with play sink, working play stove and accessories, double-sided hanging chalkboard, play clock and a working door. The clubhouse is constructed from the highest-quality, solid premium cedar, which has been kiln-dried for added stability and finished with a child-friendly, environmentally safe stain.
