First Act

Founded by Mark Izen in 1995, First Act is a manufacturer of musical instruments and educational toys based in Boston, Massachusetts, USA. Their product range can be divided into two categories: First Act and First Act Discovery, with the former being a line of good quality but inexpensive instruments, and the latter being a range of educational toy instruments aimed at children.

Their instruments include guitars, drums, ukeleles, and microphone. First Act was acquired by toy maker Jazwares in 2016.
